For the past 30 years, I have been entrenched in the catering and special events industry. I spent the first half of my career working at top Kosher catering companies in the Tri-State area, including Mauzone, VIP Caterers of North Woodmere, and Catering by Celebration. I honed my on- and off-premises catering skills through synagogues, hotels, country clubs, and venues throughout the tri-state area. From managing Passover programs in the Caribbean to being the GM at Israel Center of Hillcrest Manor, where I led a successful in-house catering operation for more than a decade, my knowledge and expertise have created memorable events for thousands of people.
For the past 15 years, I have performed a great deal of my catering at the Sutton Place Synagogue in New York City, including the annual Passover Seder and many other Simchas and special events. In addition, my team has executed Weddings, B’nai Mitzvahs, many Bris & Simchat Bats, and Corporate Events throughout the tri-state area.
We have also been involved with small and large-scale events for non-profit organizations, notably with the American Jewish Committee (AJC), where we catered events for UN representatives and dignitaries from around the world.
My understanding gives me vast insights and the capabilities of executing events at all price points and sizes while bringing new ideas and creativity to the world of kosher food by combining traditional elements with current trends. We proudly source the highest quality, locally grown, and sustainable food and have built relationships with farmers and purveyors in the tri-state area.
I have loved ensuring others have a good time for as long as I can remember, so catering has come naturally.
